Offering a full range of services (permitting, drawings and demolition), Alex was with us from beginning to end walking us through the process and offering a great finished product. I've been working with Demo King in a couple of demolition projects and the experience has been great so far. Alex, the owner, is a really flexible person to work with, and his operators are really skilled. They are able to knock down properties no matter how difficult they are. When I first meet with Alex for demolition work, I was able feel that his energy would be right to work with. So I hired him. What I felt was correct. He and his team was 5 out 5 for all the things you can say about a business. The work was completed on time and his team very courteous. I would definitely hire Demo King again. If you are considering any type of home improvement work, give Demo King consideration.

I can't say enough about Demo King!! Alex and his crew (Tom and DJ) were so professional, courteous and respectful of my situation! They did the job in a timely manner and saw it through. They made a daunting, miserable experience into a manageable one. We had a blast during the clean up of my father's apartment. Tom and DJ were phenomenal. It was a lot of work under some not so nice conditions and they did it with a smile and a great sense of humor. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for demolition work or construction!

Came to give an estimate within two days of contact. Provided contract and online payment option which made it very convenient. Emailed and called with work timeline updates and any changes to their schedule which made it very easy to plan for their arrival and work times. Garage was cleared over a two day period and after day one the site was left very neat and roped off until they returned the following day. Alex Matthews was very responsive to our questions and the team did a fantastic job! I would recommend this company for any demolition you have planned.

I highly recommend Alex and his assistant. The price, which was firm, was more than reasonable. Alex kept me posted on arrival time and arrived as expected. They carried some very cumbersome items up from our basement, probably more than anticipated without complaint. On top of it all, they both were total gentlemen, sweeping up after themselves and very polite at all times. Again, highly recommended.

Wow! Alex has no equals. I've been into real estate development for a little over 5 years and I've not met anyone as professional and knowledgeable as Alex. He helped me solve problems that were caused by a contractor FREE OF CHARGE!!!! My project received a Stop Work Order which snowballed into a Lead and Abatement notice. Alex was able to get the SWO lifted in a matter of days and assisted me in drafting a letter in response to the lead notice I received which threatened a $25K fine. Thank you Sir!!

Alex was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. I had a last minute request for a full storage unit clean out. They were available the next day, were super accommodating, and I only had to text pictures to get the estimate. The storage unit included removal of a very large, heavy mahogany sideboard, king mattress and box spring, shelving, large rugs, several pieces of furniture, clothing racks, boxes upon boxes...it was a big job. The price quote was extremely reasonable, and they simply sent me a picture of the cleared out unit afterward and emailed the invoice for payment - I did not have to be onsite and the level of communication throughout was really impressive. I highly recommend Demo King and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Alex and his crew were amazing! His pricing is fair, his crew was timely and professional, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend going to Alex before anyone else. If I ever need another demo, I'm coming to Alex first.

Alex is phenomenal and very passionate about his work!!! He is very responsive and I would recommend him to do anything from my own home to any national monument or even the White House!!!! He is just that good!!! Alex is a pleasure to work with.

They were very quick to respond and their prices are very reasonable. The workers were very polite efficient and took apart the larger pieces of furniture for me. Lastly, Alex and his team were very flexible when I requested to add additional items. Overall a great and professional experience!

The demo crew was on time, courteous, and respectful. Did very good clean up considering the material that was being removed from the ceilings (plaster over wood lathe, what a mess!!) Would definitely hire again or refer to friends! Pleasure doing business with Demo King!!
